Terms & Conditions

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Booking Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of one night stay is required at the time of booking.
The balance of accommodation will be due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation of the booking by the guest requires 7 days notice to receive a full refund, less $50 administration fee. Should a cancellation be requested with less than 7 days notice, the guest will not receive a refund of their deposit.

Dates may be changed free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival, outside of peak periods. Fees will apply to requests made within 48 hours of arrival.

Peak Period Bookings:
A deposit of one night stay is required at the time of booking. The balance of accommodation will be due 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation of the booking by the guest requires 28 days notice to receive a full refund, less $50 administration fee. Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking with less that 28 days notice, the guest will not receive a refund of their deposit.
